Focca Green Café is a healthy restaurant located in Bali, serving a variety of nutritious food and beverage options without compromising on taste. With the concept of “Healthy Can Be Tasty,” Focca targets health-conscious segments—from sports enthusiasts, pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, to urbanites who are mindful of their daily intake.
Despite its strong concept and high-quality menu, Focca faces challenges in reaching a wider target audience and increasing conversions from digital channels. Online orders remain low, restaurant visits are fluctuating, and brand awareness on social media is not yet optimal.
